Pay Structure
Driver's Pay
per hour plus tips
Helper's Pay
per hour plus tips
Important Notes:
- You will be paid for the same number of hours that we bill for on the contract.
- Tips will be divided evenly among all who worked a job assuming all employees were there the entire time.
- All deductions for damages etc. will be taken out of pay.
Driver Responsibilities
Strict No-Phone Use Policy
Drivers are not permitted to use any type of texting or typing tool while driving. This is both company policy and federal law. Any fines incurred are solely the driver's responsibility.
The driver is the leader of each job/truck and must ensure all procedures are followed correctly.

Personal Tools Required

- Pliers
- Set of Allen Wrenches
- Socket set
- Gloves
Put your name on all personal tools!
Company-Supplied Tools
(driver must report shortages)
- Moving Pads
- Tie-Downs
- 2 Hand truck, 2 Dollies
- Shrink wrap full roll
- Push Cart
- RubberBands
- Arm Lifts
Additional Driver Responsibilities:
- Responsible for any damage to truck or items hit by truck (mailboxes, fences)
- Must check truck each morning for new damage if someone else used it
- Report any new damage to manager immediately to clear responsibility
- Get accurate information when collecting payment
- Any trash or items left in truck may incur disposal fee charged to driver
Damage Prevention & Liability
All damages that result from not following company policies on protecting furniture and walls will be charged to employees on that job. Charges are divided evenly and deducted from paychecks (never more than earned on that job).
Critical Safety Rules:
- A driver is never to back the truck up without a helper behind him
- A driver is never to get on grass without a signed waiver from property owner
- Any customer wanting to waive precautions must sign off
Remember to take precaution and care. There is a very good reason why "Better safe than sorry" has become the cliché it is.
Write-Ups & Discipline Policy
General Policy: All aspects follow the scale below based on a 60-day period. Each 60 days without a write-up wipes the slate clean.

| 2nd Write-Up | 1 or more days suspension |
| 3rd Write-Up | $25.00 Fine (from next pay) |
| 4th Write-Up | Termination at Manager Discretion |
